The one thing that pops into my mind is breast feeding and a limited calorie diet? That is a bit concerning.
Are you drinking a ton of water as well?
There are lots of reasons things aren't showing up on the scale just yet. Keep in mind, none of us are patient people and I know for me I'll go days without losing anything then I'll lose a pound a day for three days. Weight loss isn't something you can bank on from day to day, just know it will happen. Honest! ;) |
