Tinker3433 - I am not required to do a pre-op either, but figured I will do the liquid diet to get a jump start on my weightloss!!! Is that why you are doing it too? What kind of pre-op diet are you doing? There are so many to choose from!!! |
I am going to do pretty much the straight liquid diet for the last few days, mainly to flush out my system and maybe shrink my liver a bit. I have a bunch of different protein shakes I am going to try to see what I like (can stand) and what I want to order for after surgery.
