I haven't been banded yet but I am waiting on insurance approval. Check out the post from "hippmom" a little further up in this thread. She said she saved a few thousand by going to the surgery center. You might ask her more about that. I have never heard one negative thing about Dr. K or Dr. H. in Texarkana. If I get to do the surgery I am going to ask for Dr. K, the lady doctor. I just think I will be more conforatable, and tha'ts who I prefer. I think everyone like them both.
