I remember all of this and have tried to keep the memory alive in my kids by playing some of the same games with them.
But what about fishing? Swimming in the lake? We would ride our bikes 13 miles outside of town just to drown a few worms or go swimming. I have tears in my eyes remembering it.
But my kids are lucky, we still have the ice cream truck!!!!
