I do not know about Dr. Perez. But there are two Dr.'s at Cleveland Clinic in Weston who do the procedure, Dr. Rostenthal and Dr. Szomstein. They come highly recommended. I am having my procedure done by Dr. Szomstein. They require you to attend one of the seminars before meeting with the surgeon.
