Oh I am having such a hard time too... I jsut had a big bowl of ceral when I am only suppose to have optifast. I feel so guilty. I am making cookies right now for my sons.. or so I am telling myself. I feel so ashamed that I can not even follow a plan for two weeks and I worry I have failed before I have even started. Here come the tears .....
