L- had lunch at church

dressing, ham, spoonful of english peas,1slice of candied yams, 1 slice of cake and a small slice of pie
S-handful of p-nuts
D- Brisket (2 small slices) and 1/2 c veggies, banana pudding
I am not doing good, but back to the gym TODAY!!!!!!
