Dr Chris de Bruyne is a well known and experiences surgeon operating from Belgium but he does travel to dubai and also carries out fills in most parts of the UK

He did however run in to a controvesy in 2008 when he was implicated in a gastric band surgery that went wrong and the bbc did a totally biased interview and trapped him in to saying things which were later mis-reported
