Oatmeal(not instant) with Brown sugar splenda with tablespoon of low carb peanut butter and 1/4 well mashed banana
No fat Refried beans with 1 oz of low fat shredded cheese and 1 oz oz of fat free sour cream
Canned Great Northerns seasoned, cooked and mashed, then add a little mashed potatoes, stir and enjoy.
1 pouch of tuna, with 1 tablespoon of low fat mayo, seasoned with celery seeds, onion powder, salt and pepper. I also put an 1/2 oz of finely chopped green olives and 1 oz of pickle relish in mine.
