Thank you for all the info. I'm getting calm about my decision to do this.

I have had this weight for 20 years. Gained it with my third child. I have lost 20 to 60 pounds 10 times in that period.

I am so excited to know that this time is the last time I will have to lose it.

I am going enjoy even more my next 30 years.
