I feel your pain. I've had my band about a year and a half now, I went from 258 to 203 now back to 207. I work out faithfully 5 days/week. I have to be honest my diet isn't always very good. But whether or not I have the right I still feel frustrated. I know I really need to improve my diet. Sometimes I could kick myself, I have half the battle down. I'm able to keep myself motivated to exercise! Why do i keep sabbotaging by eating things that are such poor choices?!!! Anyway I sympathize with you. I guess I need to restart my journal too. Good luck to you, don't give up. By the way are you exercising? |
