Re: three years and still trying! | | Are you keeping a food diary? That might help to see if your not getting enough/to many calories. Also helps for you to see what you are eating as far as types of food. I have to log every single taste. I don't really keep it as a diet thing because it isn't a diet, but when I don't log I realize that I am eating things that are sliders. Where when I log my foods, I don't eat sliders as often. I also have a habit of eating to little. This helps my see that I need to ramp it up some. Good luck and keep us posted.
