I went through Dr Anderson at Ashford he charges only $2600 as a facitlity fee, no other charges for appointments etc
I paid $50 excess on my medical insurance for the hospital stay....

I would recomment Dr Anderson and all his assistant surgeons, I thin they are wonderful and always willing to answer any questions you may have :)
