Hey Charli, Congrats on your surgery! Everyone with the pain is different, for me the worst pain was basically straight after surgery until like day 3. I took the panadol gel capsules for about 12 days or so after surgery - Around the 7 day mark I took them just at night to make sure I wasn't in any pain. Walking definitely helps, when I was home I just walked around our living room like 50 times to help with the pain. Around the 7 day mark I think it was though, my stomach was so uncomfortable - I was paranoid I could feel the band moving so I started walking around the living room again lol.
