Leah - my pain - ummm nope not constipated have realy been thinkign about it, and yep I reckon its gas....well Im hoping I feel much better today though still not 100% Im just thankful its not as sore as it was yesterday :)

I cant wait to get down to a 16 I would be so happy with that :) Ive got a long way to go, lets just hope all my hard work at the gym is going to pay off soon :)

I know Ive said this a million times but I am so greatful for this website and all the support everyone gives, you all are truly amazing people.....I dont think I wouldve went through with my surgery if it werent for the things Ive read on here :)

Anyways, just a quick,. just got home fromt the gym and a nice spa.....time for some rest
