My daily food intake is boring. I eat between 1200-1500 calories per day. I am a teacher so I don't have long for lunch, so lunch everyday is a Campbells soup-at-hand and then I eat a 100 calorie protein added pb choc chip chewy bar at recess. Breakfast in the morning during the week is a Chick fil A chicken biscuit. I usually eat 3/4-all of it. In the afternoon on the way home I usually get my reduced sugar Starbucks nonfat caramel mocha (220 calories, 17g protein). Dinner is whatever is cooked...red beans w/sausage, taco soup, chili, chicken tenders with fries, jambalaya, fried fish, whatever. For dinner I eat about 1/3 of the amount I ate prebanding. I log ever bite that goes into my mouth, including the drinks.
