I've had the exact same problem but have added Benefibre (a white powder that is completely odourless, tasteless and colourless when mixed with liquids) which is a natural source of fibre. I put a big spoonful in my smoothie in the morning. I also add sprouted flax seed. You get omega 3's as well as lots of other benefits (and fibre) when you get the sprouted kind.
