Thats great!! My energy just finally took a turn for the better. I started doing the strip tease workout and it WORKS!!! I am hurtin but feeling great about it!! I also am psyched to get my new bike outside. I am going to start running as well. My goal is to be able to do the Tunnel To Towers Run in Sept. It's a 5K. :) Gotta have goals!!!
