It was also the period of my fastest/most weight loss.
I'm still "30#" from goal.
Gonna do this!!!
Down from 56/58 pants to 42. Gonna get in 40s in 2009!!!
As BK amputee with bad shoulders, it's hard to find suitable vigorous exercise routine.
