I had to do a 10 day clear liquid diet to srink the liver before surgery. This meant only Beef and Chicken Broth and Jello. That's it. I started Dec 15th and was on it until the 25th (2007). Had surgery day after Christmas.
I am down 101.5 lbs now and am thrilled. I have another 80-100 to go. I believe exercise is the key - 5-7 days a week 45-60 minutes each workout 1-2 times per day :)
